Absolutely not. All products are 100% authentic. We work directly with golf enthusiasts and retailers to source genuine equipment. If there's ever a question about authenticity, we'll take the item back.

Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, we do require an account for purchase. Your account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Can I change my order after placing it?
Some order details can be changed, it's important to contact us immediately as we try to ship products quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need changes.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and overnight shipping are also available. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can use this to track your package in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the continental United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or get a full refund.

How do I return an item?
Contact our support team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and directions on how to ship your item. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your item, we process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund appears in your account 5-7 business days after that (depending on your bank).
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for something else. Depending on the price difference, you may receive a refund or be charged additionally.
